1. Our Core Privacy Commitment

Dojo Jutsu is designed from the ground up with strict Multi-Tenant Row Level Security (RLS) and Shoulder-Surfing Privacy. We collect only the minimum information required to manage martial arts school attendance, rank progression, waivers, and membership standing.

2. Shoulder-Surfing & Tatami Privacy

To protect student and family financial privacy on shared tablets, front-desk kiosks, and Mat Mode instructor screens:

Dollar amounts, bespoke tuition rates, founding-member discounts, and billing notes are never displayed on public attendance rosters or kiosk check-in screens.
Attendance rosters display only non-monetary visual status indicators (Green, Amber, or Red rings).
Individual tuition details are accessible strictly to authenticated Dojo Administrators or the specific authenticated student/parent inside their private portal.

3. Information We Collect

Account & Profile Data: Name, email address, optional emergency contact information, and martial arts rank/attendance history scoped to your enrolled dojo.
Waiver & Minor Guardian Records: Signed liability waiver acknowledgments and parent/guardian relationship links for minor students.
Sanitized Telemetry & Crash Reports: We use Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics strictly for aggregate reliability and crash diagnostics. Student names, contact details, medical notes, and tuition amounts are automatically stripped before any telemetry leaves your device.

4. Local-First Storage & Cloud Sync

Dojo Jutsu stores operational records locally on your device using an encrypted/sandboxed SQLite database so your dojo can operate offline. When online, records synchronize over TLS 1.3 to tenant-isolated cloud databases where each school (`dojo_id`) is logically isolated via Row Level Security.

5. Data Deletion & Contact

Students and school owners may request export or permanent deletion of their account and membership records at any time through their Dojo Administrator or by contacting us via dojojutsu.com.
